In France, PlaNet Finance’s collaborators work for the support and the development of PlaNet Finance’s International network. There are backoffice functions (Finance/Management, Human Resources, IT, and Communication) or work for the departments of the organization that are more operational (senior and junior experts who can potentially use their skills when dealing with very specific areas of expertise: development of microfinance projects, project coordination, impact and market studies, downscaling and Small Medium Enterprise banking…).

Internationally
Internationally, PlaNet Finance teams are made up of local experts and employees detached from PlaNet Finance’s headquarters(International Solidarity Volunteers, consultants, linterns and volunteers). The new staff can either works for the back office functions of the group (Human Resources, Communication, Finance/accountability…) or its operational functions, for which thorough practical experience is required.
